I live in Milwaukee, WI., and currently contract with St. John's on the Lake providing massage therapy and yoga services in independent, ALF and SNF settings. I find my practice very rewarding, and enjoy helping my clients - meeting them where they are in the moment (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually).
My massage services include Swedish, Precision Neuromuscular,Thai, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage, Benevolent Touch, Reiki and Healing Touch.
My yoga services include Chair Yoga.
I also enjoy sharing what I do with other teachers and therapists, providing continuing education in Benevolent Touch and Chair Yoga.
